Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At our practice, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. To respect the time of both the therapist and other clients, the following policy applies:

24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to the full cost of the scheduled service.

No-Show Appointments
Clients who miss their appointment without notice may be charged 100% of the service fee.

Refunds
Payments for completed services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your session, please let us know during the appointment so adjustments can be made.

Packages & Gift Certificates
Package purchases and gift certificates are non-refundable, but may be transferred or used toward other available services if applicable.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy helps us maintain availability and provide the best care for all clients.
